The company has been renamed Focus Impact BH3 Acquisition Co. and has announced a definitive Business Combination Agreement with XCF Global Capital, Inc., a pioneer aiming to expand the market for sustainable aviation fuel and other renewable fuels.

Crixus BH3 Acquisition Company is a blank check company incorporated for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
Our mission is to combine with a company that can benefit from our sponsor team’s experience as entrepreneurs, investors and operators, as well as our sponsor team’s diverse industry knowledge and broad network of industry contacts, to accelerate growth and drive long-term value for stockholders as a public company.
Crixus BH3 Acquisition Company raised $230 million in its initial public offering in October 2021 and is listed on the Nasdaq under the symbol “BHAC." In December 2022, our charter was amended to extend the base maturity date to August 2023 (with extensions available for an additional 6 months) and cash in trust was reduced to approximately $50 million.
