Focus Impact took over the sponsorship and management of Crixus BH3 Acquistion Co. (“BHAC”) as of November 8, 2023. The company has been renamed Focus Impact BH3 Acquisition Co. and has announced a definitive Business Combination Agreement with XCF Global Capital, Inc., a pioneer aiming to expand the market for sustainable aviation fuel and other renewable fuels.
